Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. at the Town Hall, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to hear continuing comments on a Site Plan Review Application for MillRock Restaurant, 5398 State Route 23, Windham, NY, Tax Map ID #78.18-1-10. For proposed construction of an outdoor pavilion with side walls. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
