Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 7:05 p.m. at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Rt. 296, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider a Minor Subdivision Application for Finbarr Riordan, 340 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY. Tax Map #96.13-1-11, to subdivide 2.30 acres into two parcel lots. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
