“Catskill Mountain Housing Development Corporation has received funding from the affordable Hosing Corporation for Mobile/Trailer Home Replacements. this is a program to replace severely deteriorated mobile or trailer homes for eligible households. We are asking you to refer any eligible households to us.
Only single family homes may reveive assistance. Oweners must be up to date with insurance, mortfafe and taxes. Households must be incoming qualified. For a single person, the income limit is $41,350 annual income, for a family of four it is $59,050.
