Gary Thorington, Superintendent of Highways for the Town of Windham, pursuant to section 103 of the General Municipal Law will receive sealed bids for the following item:
ONE (1) 2020 OR NEWER PICKUP TRUCK
Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk (at the Windham Town Hall) between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Telephone number 518-734-4170.
Sealed Bids should be clearly marked with the item bid. Bids will be received at the Windham Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439 until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Sealed bids can be mailed to: Town of Windham Highway Department, Attn: Gary Thorington, P.O. Box 96, Hensonville, NY 12439. The bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on February 11, 2021.
The Town of Windham authorizes this bid to be used in “piggyback” purchasing for the year 2021.
The Town of Windham reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
