Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham Planning Board shall conduct a rescheduled public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 7:10 p.m. at the Town Hall, Hensonville, NY. The purpose of said hearing shall be to hear continuing comments on a Site Plan Review Application for Community Recovery Center, Mountain Top Cares Coalition, Inc., 5494 State Route 23, Windham, NY, Tax Map ID #78.18-1-47. Rental of commercial office space for Recovery Community Outreach Center, will provide a community based, non-clinical setting that is safe, welcoming and alcohol/drug free for any member of the community. All persons wishing to speak upon this matter shall be heard at this time.
