Proposals are now being accepted for Painting the exterior of the Centre Property Building located at 5379 State Route 23, Windham, NY. The exterior area to be painted will be the southeast corner of the Library building to the northeast corner of the Centre Property building.
Bids should include Time line (Summer of 2023 weather permitting), Prevailing wage for all employees, removal of old blistered paint, smoothing, securing and patching all surfaces, spot priming, and painting all paintable surfaces on exterior. Site cleanup and Debris removal will be daily at the end of every work day. Estimated start and finish date in a timely manner. A non-collusive bidding certificate must be attached with the bid and Bidder’s must provide proof of worker’s comp and liability insurance to be attached with the bid at the opening.
SITE VISIT MANDATORY. Proposals will not be accepted from contractors that do not perform a site visit. Interested Parties should contact Windham Town Hall at (518) 734-4170 to schedule an onsite inspection. At this time the bid specs will be available.
All sealed bids should be submitted to Windham Town Clerk’s Office at the town hall located at 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY 12439 by 12:00 noon on August 10, 2023 to be opened at the regular town board meeting on August 10, 2023 at 7:00 pm during the regular Town Board Meeting.
Windham Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as well as to modify the scope of work prior to award of the contract.
