NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC – Town Board Meeting on February 25, 2021

The Windham Town Board and Water District meetings on February 25, 2021, will be available via teleconference. The agenda for the regular meeting will be posted before the meeting begins.

Agenda will be posted prior to the meeting.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Windham Town Board the resolution published herewith has been adopted on the 25th day of February, 2021, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object
or purpose for which the Town of Windham in the County of Greene, State of New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty (20) days after the date of publication of this notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution. Accordingly, the Town has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, February 25,
2021 at 6:50 pm at the Windham Town Hall, 371 State Route 296, Hensonville, NY.
